A scientist is fascinated by the intersection of correlation and causation, as well as unearthing questions no one has yet thought to ask, or been able to answer. This is what lead me to medical school.

My second introduction came from my direct experience of treating Iraq and Afghanistan veterans at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Pain Clinic in San Diego, CA—especially in witnessing how the emotional aspects of PTSD caused veterans of war physical harm, physical pain, and physical problems, as well correlating mental, emotional, and spiritual pain.

My curiosity was in understanding the bricks in the chain, so to speak. How does one system affect the other? The next question I sought to answer was: how do thoughts, emotions, and trauma play a role in this process? Little did I know two decades later how this breadcrumb would lead me to being Dr. Joe Dispenza’s principle investigator, the ultimate question being—how do thoughts and emotions shape our reality?

As an entrepreneur, my passion resides in the inspiration I experience at the intersection of translating ideas and observations into products and companies. Entrepreneurship begins with a vision, which I believe comes from a state of openness and a connection to an unlimited field of information beyond time and space. In science, we might call this the field. In religion, we call this God.

While many entrepreneurs take existing ideas and refine them, my vision as an entrepreneur is to marry ideas and observations into new possibilities, then translate them into products or companies that rely on collaboration for execution. This lead me to co-founding Savas Healthcare, VitaMed Research, co-founding Versea, as well as 23 other companies.

Throughout my career, I have performed research in various settings—from universities, to research institutions, to private companies, to government agencies. My passion in the field of research is conducting and designing experiments, surveys, or studies, analyzing data, and interpreting results to draw conclusions that advance human understanding. This led me toDr. Joe Dispenza.

While for years I had been researching the effects of PTSD on the mind and body, Dr. Joe was studying the effects of positive thoughts and emotions on the mind and body.

In 2019, while attending one of his retreats, an insight occurred to me that his workshops were the ideal scenario to measure and create data behind the“miracles” that were occurring at his retreats—all for a fraction of the cost of a clinical research setting. Our intersection exists at understanding the truth of the mind, body, spirit connection—and that they are all an expression of the same energy.

Thus, I became the principle investigator of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s research arm.

As a result of the many blessings my companies have bestowed upon me, I created the TMB Incubator. TMB Incubator works with early founders and early-stage companies to help them on several aspects of development, including bringing scientists, lawyers, regulatory professionals, researchers, venture capitalists, etc., together.

With a primary focus on developing solutions related to the health sciences, block chain, and advances in understanding the nature of consciousness, the goal is to translate technological advancements into novel products, as well as integrate these advancements into the legacy healthcare service delivery system.

My interests in philanthropy has been formed by the foundation of my faith. Being a Christian and a European, I am the Chairman of the Board for City to City Europe, which supports people building churches, primarily in urban areas. I am also the President of Keep A Breast Foundation and have helped build an orphanage in Africa.

As a physician and humanitarian, my truest passion in philanthropy revolves around human advancement and wellbeing. This includes anything to do with reducing human disease and suffering, including mental and emotional afflictions, charitable giving, finding solutions for the redistribution of wealth, how to use block chain and AI to better humanity, and raising human consciousness—after all, this is how we will uplift people out of poverty, end wars, and create free energy for the betterment of all.

My role as an educator was guided by the countless mentors I’ve had since I decided to devote my life to medicine, research, and healthcare. Their passion and dedication played a crucial role in shaping my professional development. Through their guidance and encouragement, they ignited within me a similar passion and enthusiasm to share knowledge.

As a result, from 2005 – present, I have held different roles as Associate Professor and Associate Clinical Professor in various departments at UCSD and University of Riverside, California School of Medicine.

As an educator, my role is to inspire the next generation of students and contribute to their growth and development in the field of medicine and healthcare.
